Hey Boy Why you didn't call me? I waited for days I can't believe you didn't call
When we sat outside for an hour at the party and talked I thought something good could be starting It's not a lot that I want just some talking and really, you just injured my pride
Hey Boy Why you didn't call me? I waited for days I can't believe you didn't call
Susan said that maybe you're scared Shelly says there always is a reason and Chris said you're probably surrounded by girls and I'm just not one of them you're needing

richard cory
They say that Richard Cory owns one half of this whole town,With political connections to spread his wealth around. Born into society, a banker's only child, He had everything a man could want: power, grace, and style.
But I work in his factory And I curse the life I'm living And I curse my poverty And I wish that I could be, Oh, I wish that I could be, Oh, I wish that I could be Richard Cory.
The papers print his picture almost everywhere he goes: Richard Cory at the opera, Richard Cory at a show. And the rumor of his parties and the orgies on his yacht! Oh, he surely must be happy with everything he's got.
But I work in his factory And I curse the life I'm living And I curse my poverty And I wish that I could be, Oh, I wish that I could be, Oh, I wish that I could be Richard Cory.
He freely gave to charity, he had the common touch, And they were grateful for his patronage and thanked him very much, So my mind was filled with wonder when the evening headlines read: "Richard Cory went home last night and put a bullet through his head."
But I work in his factory And I curse the life I'm living And I curse my poverty And I wish that I could be, Oh, I wish that I could be, Oh, I wish that I could be Richard Cory.
("Richard Cory" by Simon & Garfunkel)

the time has come....
"The time has come," the Walrus said,"To talk of many things: Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax-- Of cabbages--and kings-- And why the sea is boiling hot-- And whether pigs have wings."

a day in the sun...
It was a beautiful sunny day today. Awesome start to Memorial Day weekend and I definitely took advantage of it by spending it outside.
After the gym this morning I headed up a few blocks to the Shake Shack in the Upper West Side (above). Yea I know...gym plus shackburger doesn't quite add up to healthy, but it sounded sooo good..haha.
Took my shake shack to go and walked towards one of my favorite museums--The Museum of Natural History (above)--across from Central Park.
Lunch on the steps of the Museum and people watching (above). Yay for Rainbow sandals weather!
Central Park rowboat riders (above) enjoying the day and listening to a performer who's on the grass behind me.
Lots of people out in Sheep Meadow (above) in Central Park. Awesome.
The spot I picked to settled down in (above). Lied down on the grass to get some studying done and work on the tan.
My view of the sky...
My favorite dog to watch at the park today. Finished the day off with some Pinkberry. What a relaxing day...
